Carson, Bill has tweeted that you are a liar more than 3 times on I hangout; stop trying to be change your name. If you have any questions about anything in the past, ask CEO Bill McKay.
• It would behoove you to contact CEO Bill directly and discuss his target information. His share reduction, his A/S, O/S, and his financial condition, instead of trying to ask questions of people who are not even there. And then tell us here on I hangout what Bill tells you. So, we’ll let you be the person that talks to CEO Bill to get answers.
• Any shareholder that wants to see factual info on a 10 year down turn, 7 years under Bill McKay, is welcome to ask me and I will provide factual information.
• Everyone knows that the preferred shares TPAC passed out had a ratio of 1 preferred share = 100 million. Every Q & K shows when Bill’s preferreds were passed out.
• 95% of preferred shares were passed out prior to 2016. The stock was already headed for dilution. TPAC had to how else would it allow the shares to be processed.
• As far as how many shareholders TPAC has is on a list. I can’t remember the name of it, but ask Bill about the it.
• In closing why don’t you prove you have shares? You keep deflecting that. Instead of calling people liars, prove your shares. I am a TPAC investor, just like you.
