VIVA just goes current late last week
The filing had been completed and submitted
VIVA delayed the filing as long as possible due to possible merger/partnership
Nothing came in time and they filed
The last couple days they have agreed on a deal with a major company
VIVA has stated they were working with two major companies a month ago
The major company is not get any money from VIVA because they don't have any
The major company wants shares at a value of .0025 lets say for this example
The major company knows if they bring VIVA on board they can bring VIVA to minimum $1.00 a share
The major company agrees on 2 Billion shares @ .0025 with restriction minimum a year and there could be percentages sold even at this point
The major company knows they make multi millions bringing VIVA into their marketing plans
VIVA knows they are going to start realizing revenues DAY ONE with the major company
Investors win ... VIVA wins ... Major company wins
