Bill...CAN we import bandages? Some of these people are getting head trauma from banging their heads on their computer keyboards!!!!
If I remember right from 25 yrs of self aid and buddy care training the tourniquet for head trauma is placed around the neck and tightened until blood flow stops.....Full disclosure...I was never a medic!!!!
