The real niche in the diabetes testing market, however, is with the Type 1s. Almost all testing solutions are designed for Type 2s, but there is an unfilled niche where Type 1s require precision and lower expense for their 8-10 times per day testing so they can adjust or have someone adjust their insulin pumps. Plus/minus 15% doesn't get it done for Type 1s.
