Everyone should be buying in at these prices! The crap that is being posted on investors hub is just that, crap! I took their filing #'s and also case #'s and went to the Clerk of the Court's website (Brenda D. Forman) and looked up to see if there was any pending litigation against NTEK. Very easy to do. NTEK was a plaintiff in a lawsuit against Longside Ventures, LLC (defendant). This is old, old stuff....what they are doing, Beverly H (fictitious character) is taking old court documents and altering them and posting them as if they are certified legal documents. Now that is getting desperate! You can look all of this stuff up yourself. This is old, old stuff and they are all altered legal documents. Wouldn't be easier just to go long? There isn't any court cases pending against
NTEK in Broward County, Florida what-so-ever! NTEK was the plaintiff in the prior lawsuit ...not the defendant! Stop worrying about dilution...there is not a lot of shares outstanding anyway. Remember the supply and demand factor....anything under a quarter of a million shares really is not a lot of shares outstanding. But, I would not believe anything that comes from investors hub...period! They do post here periodically, you know who they are.
That was me this morning with the first trade of the day for 31,250 shares at .0233 ...my original order was for 33,325 shares at .0225...what am I doing...8 basis points or 8/10's of a penny I am holding out for what another 1,175 shares...who cares ...just get in...this will all be chump change soon!
I have added just over 100,000 more shares to my position in June and July and will be buying more right into August and September if this prices stay this low I promise you!
