I have a substantial long term position in this stock >500k sh as a pure spec play and think it's a zero-sum game. Life doesn't change either way. Not hostile, angry or a champion of DECN mgmt. just willing to see it thru one way or the other.

Think the corp strategy is a sound one. Need to give the leadership team time to play it out. Portfolio and revenue potential are what acquirer is banking on. No diff than small bio, clearly DECN strategy has been to create the portfolio and partner or sell to mass market. Infrastructure not in place nor do I think planned to go at it alone.

IMO your "don't shoot the messenger" guesses and other baseless protections/statements are clearly out of line with potential reality. Would have thought your reading would have discovered that. You just said you said decn shareholders are hostile. Are you not a shareholder?

I reach out and call/talk to the DECN periodically. You may find it beneficial if you are contemplating buying or are a significant shareholder. They shoot pretty straight. That said I don't agree with everything but am comfortable and committed to my investment. I don't aspire to run the company nor do I have any idea why directors come and go.
