I'm pretty much a novice investor, so my question is for the veteran, experienced people on this board, How is it that people can get away with the crap that Beverly H and Manuel, etc, put out to try and fool/ con/ cheat people into making financial moves based on their lies? Isn't it criminal? Prosecutable? TIA. GOOOOOOOOOO NTEK!!!!!
