That's unfortunate, because there is accurate, fact and evidence based reporting and.....the other kind. Throwing up your hands claiming false equivalence between the two leaves you vulnerable to conspiracy theory fueling misinformation.
I'm not going to go point by point on your conspiracies. Let's just say that conspiracy is your default 'explanation' when simpler, evidence supported explanations suffice.
The precedents described are NOT the same thing. If for no OTHER reason that there weren't hidden tax returns nor a web of business interests between Russia and the presidents and other people mentioned. That is a very salient difference between then and now.
And of course the emboldened point from your article is irrefutable.
