The latest 8K filing allows a 400 to 1 conversion in voting rights.
That means Mrs Li has 51% of the voting rights and is an anti hostile take over.
She is not going to risk dumping tons of money into the company and take the risk of an outsider snatch the company away from her.
The numbers are as follows:

400 to 1 preferred conversion = 400,000,000
Divide current o/s into conversion = 51%
