You don't go 15 rounds with the champ with only 1 hand, lose on a controversial split decision and stop. You Retrain, fight again and have him on the ropes in Round 12 only to have your corner throw in the towel in Round 15? BS
If the portfolio and revenue potential are truly game changing and market penetrating this little Rocky could have a serious run. On top of that a settlement could be on its way for the fixed first fight.
Now if your a boxing promoter and financier wouldn't you make a lowball offer to get the boxer in your corner?
I don't think even close to a majority would settle for what you say. it's all or nothing and most have waited for all. If you think you got the next champ you hold out for a lot more
