I have seen the NOBO list. As one of my last acts before retirement, my company asked me whether we should consider acquiring the GenPrecis product. I have been to a few M&A rodeos and one of the first things you look for when dealing with a public company is whether you can acquire the company by calling 10 people and securing their proxy. That list comes from ADP, not the transfer agent.
