Supposed $13M+ in sales hitting this year from EM. I will estimate $6M in organic non-EM sales. $6M in annual fixed expenses (Q1 runrate). 30% CM (Q1 and worse vs 40% in 2016). At 30% Breakeven sales around $20M. Assuming we end this year at ~ cash flow breAkeven there is no way this company is sold for $25-35M. Add to that whAtever probability the BOD puts on JJ settlement, Future products and increased sales. If Berman can't land a better deal than what you say then many have been duped. And your part of the problem.
Now to test your humility, what do you consider a small shareholder? Someone with less than 1M sh, 500k sh, 250k sh, 100k sh or something different. Enough berating posters. As a supposed "insider" and industry guru you are blessed with information not known to many. Come play in one of our spaces and we can Trump you.
Enjoy your retirement and many years ahead. Your anger and ego are often misplaced.
Finally, trust no one if you can't verify!
