We don't even know if OWCP plans to market the cream in Israel, and if they do, when.
We honestly don't know if the trials being run by Mediq are to be paid for by them, by OWCP, or perhaps even some third party. The point is, Mediq may have been willing to pay the cost of the trials if OWCP agreed to higher royalty rates.
I frankly believe that OWCP is in negotiations with at least a few companies who may only handle one, or perhaps a few State's in the U.S.
I think we need to look at the rest of the world where cannabis is either already legal, or is likely to be in the next year or so. My point is that one or more new partnerships could have our cream in sales after safety is established, with no further trial. The point is, we don't know, we don't even know what we don't know.
Any negotiations that may be under way rightfully would be under confidentiality agreement. Perhaps the company can say they are in negotiations, but they won't reveal with who, or how many, or for what Country or State. The point is, we don't know, we won't know until at least one such deal has been signed, sealed and delivered.
