I'm not fully surprised DECN found a company thats interested in acquiring them. I'm also certain they wont get a fair deal based on its current stock price and outstanding shares. From my understanding if Im not mistaken DECN has distributors in Korea and Bolivia? They also have GenPrecis will be ready for select International markets in late 2017 and in the U.S. around May 2018.
They now have distributors in Taiwan and the Philippines for GenUltimate.
Lastly the case is pending between J&J and DECN. Wouldnt it be wise for DECN to wait and see the end results?
