I should rephrase the "fair deal" part. There is no way it will be a fair deal especially for those that have waited so long unless a bidding war starts, which could happen. For myself, just as I recommended, I've been buying down here so I'll make money here regardless but some have a much higher cost basis. We'll see how it plays out, good luck everyone.
