Bid increased to 30M at .0005 - no significant fills at any time since this became the bottom at the start of April.
The 27M wall at .0007 - a size which has been bought out in seconds / minutes on previous runs - is not from sellers of previously restricted shares who have to use the "funny" MMs.
That wall must therefore be from people who bought higher on one of the several runs to .0010+ this year and are just impatient.
Multiple PRs are expected over the coming days, weeks and months with updates on 9 catalysts including:
Name change.
Ticker change.
CBD products.
Licensing.
Blu Dog products
Hemp products.
Real estate holdings funding of mj businesses.
Project in CA.
Project in Uruguay.
It only takes one significant development to get another run in the .0010 > .0030 range for starters !
Various groups have loaded $INCC - ranging from the original patient long-term, repeat run traders (of which there are several) to Twitter alerters and their followers.
