this RS definitely is a surprise. two RS attempts so close together. ive been through countless dozens of RS. Most of them dont end well. Not sure what to do right now. I need to wait for more info to figure this out. i dont fully agree with iFlub that a RS being denied will lead to a buyout. Theyll probably just leave NASDAQ, but i could be wrong.
