I expect there to be a whale led run up long before the Q2 - particularly if their bids at .0007 don't get filled. This would:
- Get the base above .0010 for when the Q2 comes out.
- Teach one-tick flippers a lesson.
- Get the base above .0010 for when the Q2 comes out.
