I know how much time these contests can consume. Summertime is the best time to step away from it and enjoy the summertime activities. You are lucky, you seem to have yours pretty well automated vs the way we used to run em "over there".

FYI - I cancelled the one I was assisting on when I lost the board creator and I was left to do it all.
