OWCP has been moving up and down on the charts with CNBX all year - their stock clearly shows that technically both stocks will be up again tomorrow.
OWCP is obviously manipulated to the downside by the Big Boys......take advantage for as long as you can. Also, they have an incredible ability of moving a PPS up in a way that keeps traders from getting in anywhere near the lows.
I expect that when it does take off, they will move it in a way that causes the 'stressed' holders to sell-out with the first manipulated pullback.....that will leave nothing but the strong hands to make the real money in the end.
