If the company executed on prior commitments, shareholders may have been not so eager to find any shred of truth to verify the claims made by James and Bill. This is the pinkies and its not like it would have been the first time a CEO stretched the truth.
James was very specific on the conference call he hosted on behalf of the company when he said the base line revenue for TPAC in 2017 was $13.5 million due to guaranteed BTL SLA. He was less specific but still rather pointed in his answer on where the OS was headed within half a year and it was under 1 billion. Those weren't interpretations or perceptions. They were continuously repeated on the IR twitter feed by James or whoever was tweeting for IR as well as the year end one cent PPS target. To suggest otherwise is just pure fantasy.
