Rocky Mountain High Brands, Inc. (OTCMKTS:RMHB) reported that Jerry Grisaffi, the Chairman and Founder of the Board, has reported his retirement, and now Gerry David will take over as Chairman of the Board. Grisaffi added that they have cherished developing Rocky Mountain High.

Lily Li, the Managing Member of LSW Holdings, LLC, reported that the entity that bought controlling stake in Rocky Mountain from Grisaffi, said that they intend to thank Grisaffi for staying during transition period and helping them engage David and Harrington to company’s Board. They intend to continue to establish on Grisaffi’s vision and turn this into a firm that he will be delighted to be the founder of and one in which shareholders will get an outstanding return on investment.
David’s distinguished career comprises serving as the former CEO and President of Celsius Holdings, Inc. CELSIUS® marks as a fitness beverage that burns body fat, provides healthy energy and accelerates metabolism. He was named one of twenty-five 2016 Gold Winners identified internationally in the renowned CEO World Awards®.
