Well ...from my understanding the court battle ove

Well ...from my understanding the court battle over margin deposits is over and closed. My TradeKing now is saying Ally with the exception of Apex clearing being the assigned clearing agent. My letter suggest that process started in 2014 plus 2 years Dodd/Frank is 2016 plus 1 year court battle over margin deposits = 2017. I believe we are in that 90 day window or it is very close. Time is up. Apex can't clear my share below $2 can't clear my share above $2 unless there is a corporate exit date. Considering a $250,000,000.00 SEC complaint new responded to in writing and a $275,000,000.00 asset sell by zecco after the complaint and a 1.4 Billion computer glitch and 1.4 Billion government selling of Ally holdings that trade at $20. Apex clearing should tread very lightly on any thought of taking over and clearing my account holdings for less than my appraised value.

I'm a Crazy Scots-Irishman Blue Blood... It's probably not a good idea to listen to me...everything I say is of my opinion. I'm not a good place to get investment advise...
