The question is why would somebody write an article purely from a Chartist perspective ,It doesn't make sense and did not really say anything at all ,unless they are not revealing something or was just to fill a page , YOU could easily substitute Gtrq symbol with any other stock symbol and say the exact same thing . Meaningless.
