I.D. Systems Announces Proposed Underwritten Publi

WOODCLIFF LAKE, N.J., July 11, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- I.D. Systems, Inc.  (NASDAQ: IDSY ) (“I.D. Systems” or the “Company”) today announced that it intends to offer shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund its acquisition of assets of Keytroller, LLC and for general corporate purposes.
