I sent the following email to the CEO with respect to the Ihub problems:
To MR. Mersky or whom it may concern:
Ihub administrators work together with bashers. They won't allow any reference to DRNKs latest PR. Posts get deleted with link to your PR and we get threats of being banned from posting.
I send Ihub administrators this mail with respect to misconduct and excuses via supposed TOS violations:
"""Is there any way you can prevent the posters with criminal intent from posting 1) non stop condecending response posts to investors, 2) from posting derogative smearing posts about Mr. Mersky (the CEO) or members on this forum, 3) reposting lies over and over 4) and abusing this supposed dicussion forum in other ways? I'm not a lawyer, only a PHD, but somehow, the administrators should try at least to make an effort to re install discussions instead of deleting the posts of investors that try to address the criminals here?
TOS violations do cover condecending post, don't they? TOS IMO do cover the bad mouthing and personal insult of CEOs or investors?!
Also, I do not see how the recent pressrelease by DRNK breaks the TOS of Ihub. I asked for clarification on that but never got n answer other than the link to TOS regulations which only states that Ihub posters should not be attacked. That is not what the PR states. It just said that the attouney general will be involved, with respect to smears and market manipulation. Did not talk about Ihub, Investors Hangout, yahoo finance etc.
Please discuss these matters with a supervisor.

For now we investors hope that DRNK has valuable updates, incl. a statement that production of NOHO can resume as soon as the supply runs out.
