I called the investor Relations Department
I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Larry
I asked him if the reverse split according to finra listing is effective tomorrow and he confirmed and said yes that is correct.
I asked of the company will be communicating this with the shareholders or if it will happen automatically tomorrow morning and he said that yes it will be effective tomorrow morning and there will be an 8K out at some point.
I asked him about the convertible debt situation and the senior debt. He said not much has been done with the convertible debt since March and I asked if the senior debt was down to $5000000 as per the announcement in the press release and he said yes that was correct and still the same.
I asked him how many sales people were there in the company and he wasn't exactly sure and so I inquired if the total number of employees of 400 to $450 for the company was still the same as we thought in about January of 2017 and he said well we did sell a subsidiary with 100 employees so it's down in terms of the number of employees. Obviously we can infer that there would be a large reduction in salary and wage expenses because of this.
I asked about the negative impact of a reverse split and his response was the reverse split was approved by the shareholders last August and everyone expects a reverse split when you have half a billion shares outstanding.
I asked him if the CEO is still focused on making sure there is no unnecessary dilution and he said over focus is to get the market capitalization up and he said post reverse split if the market cab goes from 14 million to 20 million is obviously a good thing for the shareholders and he said we're just focused on getting the investors to recognize and most people will pay more attention when the price goes up in terms of post reverse split. In other words he says if the price is 10, 11 or $0.12 it's going to come in the attention of a lot more investors.
When I pressed about the negative perception of a reverse split in general he said it's commonplace for penny stocks when people load up on too many shares and then they feel they're going to get crushed just because there's a reverse split even though it does not change the market capitalization.
He said that we are focused on the Long Haul and we clearly want to get the company back to the levels we were trading at a year ago and he said we were close to a dollar.
When I asked him if the new sales platform was going to be effective today he said it's already been in the works and we have been working with a focus groups with the proof of concept. So just as I suspected I am sure the revenues will be forthcoming.
I hope that helps some of you and clearly this companies focused on being here for the Long Haul and they are not trying to hurt the shareholders but on the country they want to improve shareholder value and increase market capitalization and this is their intent and desire.
