Hoersholm, Denmark, July 11 th 2017 - Medical Prognosis Institute A/S ("MPI") completed a rights issue of shares in June 2017 where the public also could subscribe for shares. Through the rights issue 694,715 shares were issued. Last day of trading in BTA1 (paid subscription share issued through the Euroclear system) is July 12, 2017 and stop day (the date when the transformation from BTA1 to ordinary shares is initiated) is estimated to be July 19, 2017.
On July 12 th 2017 246,666 shares, subscribed with subscription rights, is estimated to be registered at Erhvervsstyrelsen and it is estimated they will be distributed to each VP account/depot on July 21, 2017. The remaining shares, subscribed without subscription rights, is estimated to be registered during the third week of July 2017. After all shares in the new rights issue have been registered, the total number of shares in MPI will be 24,307,555 shares. The total share nominal value after the registration will be DKK 1,215,377.75.

About MPI's multiple biomarker called Drug Response Predictor - DRP(TM) MPI's DRP(TM) is a tool for developing tumor-derived genetic signatures to predict which cancer patients are high likely to respond to a given anti-cancer product. The DRP(TM) has been tested in 37 trials, where 29 trials showed that drug-specific DRP(TM) Biomarkers could predict which patients responded well to the treatment. The DRP(TM) is a Big Data tool based on messenger RNA. The DRP(TM) platform can be used in all cancer types, and has been patented for more than 70 anti-cancer drugs in the US.
