Feller was on the other board earlier today so he is still around. Probably just been busy.
Who knows what OWCP really means by market ready... if they have plan to sell the rights to the cream then this becomes very dangerous grounds for shorters. Because one minute no news and no idea of what is coming and the next BAM!!! you have a multi-million dollar pay day with royalties... Not sure that's what I would have done but what can you say other than it would beat the crap out of someone who was out or short. If it's true that OWCP was in Germany discussing deals this past week then perhaps this is what it was about. I would guess this would mean at least a few weeks until anything was marketed up and I hate to say it but a few months before all the lawyers get done going over the contracts.
