GENFIT: HALF-YEAR REPORT OF LIQUIDITY CONTRACT WITH CIC
Lille (France), Cambridge (Massachusetts, United States), July 10, 2017 - GENFIT (Euronext: GNFT - ISIN: FR0004163111), a biopharmaceutical company at the forefront of developing therapeutic and diagnostic solutions in metabolic and inflammatory diseases, that notably affect the liver or the gastrointestinal system, today announces the half-year report of its liquidity contract with CIC.
Under the liquidity contract granted to CIC by GENFIT and BIOTECH AVENIR, the following resources were in the liquidity accound as at June 30, 2017:
- 3,753 shares
- €254,255.05 in cash.
At the last half-year report as at December 31, 2016, the following resources were available in on the liquidity account:
- 4,720 shares
- €220,875.34 in cash.
