I highly doubt the 'new potential investors' are going to miss out on Cen Biotech when it starts trading. The PR's will be coming fast and furious when Bill and team decide to pull back the curtain and show the world what they have been up to for the past number of years.
The reason FB has been the primary source of 'information' is because we all know Bill was royally screwed by the G&M, Lakeshore and HC over two years ago. Bill up until then was transparent to a fault and paid a big price for that. Now he is secret squirrel and has limited 'hints' to what they have been working on through a number of closed FB groups. Nothing posted is 'insider information' nor is any of what is posted required to go out to all shareholders. These closed groups are made up of shareholders who support the work Bill and team have done and share the same belief in the companies success.
On the other hand open boards like this one is exactly the place you'll find those who want to participate in the destruction of the company.
So if you are a real shareholder interested in participating in a group discussion that is positive and away from the general public then remove the tin foil from your head and join FB. Otherwise don't complain, and wait 'till we have a trading ticker and required to post shareholder information about substantial events when they happen.
