Look, i am all for helping any investor, but I gotta tell ya, when you start asking about DD on equititrend, It really makes me think. Everone who posts on this board has done there own DD, both on WRIT and equititrend. It does seem odd that you are the only one who can not get thru to equititrend, and to the person responsible for WRIT. so my question is when you called equititrend, did you represent youself as a share holder, a potential share holder, someone who wants to invest more in WRIT, or did you represent yourself as someone who just wants to obtain information to possibly turn it around to negativity and post something on the board spun to your likeing??? that being said, you really should be able to talk to the person at Equititrend who is responsible for WRIT, keep trying and let us know how your discussion went. Also, you presented yourself on this board with an attitude of negativity. this board was created by and for seasoned investors who do DD and post the facts, and enjoy a peaceful, truthful, relaxed discussion.    Gregg
