Neither do I, Rookie. For I, like you, believe that they are 2 separate issues, and that JR will figure out a way to keep them both separate issues, ie: #1: the mining enterprise, and whatever he decides to do with it, for its sake alone, and #2: the KMAG enterprise, and whatever he decides to do with it, for its own best good. IMO  The only thing (I think) for sure that JR will do, when & if his silver (& gold) mining adventure ever becomes listed and/or profitable, might be to use ''some capital'', as won from the silver mining enterprize, to help finance & positively promote his KMAG enterprize!

Now, in the above remarks, the reason that I put the phrase ''& gold'' in parenthesis is because you cannot have a silver mine, as such so called, all by itself, because whenever one has a heavy metal mine, such as a silver, or as a copper, or as a lead, or as a zinc, or as a tin, or as an iron, or as a mercury ''mine'', etc, it always has more or less gold metal as a part of the prize! Whether more of it or less of it, the which gold is usually ''the gravy'', over & above the expenses of whatever the other metal or metals might be, ''that they are ''supposedly'', mainly, mining for: in Jeff's case, silver. But if the mine owner or owners are particularly blessed (and ''lucky!''), then they will not only make some good profit off of the  silver (mine) itself, over & above all of the labor & materials expenses, but also off of any GOLD that he might ''win'', also! So that, if such happens to be in JR's case, then all of the gold is pure gravy, costing him NOTHING to mine for. Hence, just one of the reasons why ''they'' love to call it some kind of a mine other than a ''gold mine''! For example, so as to call it a silver mine, or a copper mine, or a lead mine, or a tin mine, etc. For that's all that ''they'' have to ''legally report'', ie: how much silver or copper or lead, or tin, etc, it is, that they have successfully been able to raize & subsequently smelt & refine from out of the mine! I might also add, that there is NEVER a copper or silver or lead or tin or zink or iron or mecury mine, etc, that does not have some companion gold! FWIW2 anybody. And just in case anyone might be curious as to what my above opinions about silver and/or copper mining, etc, might be derived from, I became bitten by ''THE GOLD BUG'' in August of 1983, & afterwards, so that I became actively & aggressively self taught & self motivated on a daily basis (after my university training) to study the metallurgy of gold (as also, as a concurrent necessity, of silver & copper, also), for the following 29 years up until today. For not a day goes by that I don't study about it, or think about it, and how GOD made it in the earth, and/or ''how its made'' and/or recovered, the which are 2 different things entirely.......

Jaime  GO KMAG! GO TRIO! GO JEFF REID! For if that all happens, then we're ALL going to be blessed & increased, at least financially! I hope in ALL other ways, also, such as might be a consequence of coming into a great deal of money! So, on your guard & be careful after such should once happen to us!
