Have a quick question: Obviously we know the MM are manipulating this stock big time. Some on this board mentioned that all the valid shares were sold a long time ago - and longs (like me!) aren't selling. I just bought more shares on Friday as the price was too good to pass up. If these aren't "valid" shares then what happens? How does my brokerage get valid shares to give me? What happens to any invalid shares that are borrowed and shorted.
By the way, I also changed my account to a CASH brokerage account. When I talked to customer service, they did say that when you have a margin account they will lend out your shares to be shorted. With a cash account they cannot do this.
I urge long investors to check your brokerage account which holds NTEK. If it's a margin account, change it to cash so your brokerage cannot lend them out.
