I guess I'm not really seeing where the company has said revenue or sales would becoming. They've along said " market ready" by Q3. So people's interpretation of what that means is not Owcp fault. Market ready means just that, market ready. So they filed a patent application so they could let manufacturers/distributors other healthcare firms, see what it's made of. They did that at the end of q2 so they delivered on there promise of market ready.
Now, this means they aren't selling it anywhere yet which is why mediq was hired. The cream is currently " market ready" with no place to sell and manufacture until deals have been struck through mediq for Europe, that's a fact!
It will not sell in Canada until 2018 when it's legal and deals have been struck to manufacture and distribute... that's a fact.
It will not be sold anywhere in the US until deals have been struck to manufacture and distribute.... that's a fact.
It's a fact today though that they've held there promise and it is indeed " market ready". By Q3
It's also a fact if announcements start coming in of distribution deals in Canada and Europe you should've had already owned your position because the market will obviously act favorable to any deals upon announcements.
It's also a fact nearly all provisional patents were filed in a fairly short time span. I expect them to move to the final patent application process.
I'm not at all in love with this stock, but do see amazing longterm potential here, until sales announcements we are vulnerable and you are probably correct, you can buy low .50s sell in the .60s cause we're stuck in a rutt here. Also realize, the float does seem to be pretty locked up here so any sort of sales news shorts will be left behind.
