Excellent DD and I agree 1000% with your sentiment that Amazon will attempt to acquire UF.
At least three things are going to happen in the not too distant future that will propel the PPS to dollars.
(1) Yesterday I received a hint from IR that SH's can expect an announcement on our coveted audited financials come this September. I had thought this might come in October but IR corrected me and indicated look for this in the Sept 2017 filings.
(2) Obviously UF 3.0 and the several hundred A-list movies that will quickly populate UF with its new interface per Davids recent tweet, live entertainment and sports, an entrance and then rapid expansion into the international markets propelled by the Foxcom partnership.
(3) Once # 1 and 2 are completed is when Amazon will come knocking on NTEK's door to remove another one of their competitors from the marketplace as they always do. I don't think this will be too hard to take for longs when the bidding is in the many dollars per share.
