If the goal is to have a sustainable stock beyond

If the goal is to have a sustainable stock beyond an initial spike from when HJOE's returns, they can't have 3-4 billion shares laying around. It wouldn't be smart business because everyone and their mom that has been waiting around wants to sell. If they somehow got the share structure down to 200-400 million in shares, people would still unload but unload a lot less shares because now the stock would have good float and an investor could really look at this stock as a long term gem. Obviously I don't know when the company would fix the share structure but I would be much more excited if the share structure was fixed at some point
