You dont even need numbers or equations.
1. Invest X amount of money in Stock A
2. SELL Stock A when you make a profit. Stop trying to 'go long' or 'get gift shares' or 'wait for it to go higher'. If you invest $100, and end up with $10,000 paper profits.. SELL!!
3. Pay capital gain tax
4. REINVEST your profits into LOWER priced stock Stock B
5. SELL when you make a profit. Stop trying to 'go long' or 'get gift shares' or 'wait for it to go higher'. If you invest $100, and end up with $10,000 paper profits.. SELL!!
6. REINVEST your profits into a LOWER priced stock Stock C
See my point? Stop trying to 'go long' and make your million off of one stock.
Invest, sell, reinvest, sell, reinvest, sell..
You WILL have loses from time to time. Do your DD.. meaning DO..your DD. dont invest in just any old stock. Invest, sell at a profit, reinvest. Repeat.
Watch..
Stock A: $500 @ .0005 = 1 million shares
Sell @ .001 = $1,000
Reinvest:
Stock B $1,000 @ .001 = 1 million shares
Sell @ .005 = $5,000
Reinvest:
Stock C $5000 @ .002 = 2.5 million shares
Sell @ .02 = $50,000
Reinvest $50,000 @ .01 = 5 million shares
Sell @ .04 = $200,000
See what I mean?? Youre GOING TO HAVE LOSES! Its not going to go as smooth as this, but this at least gives you a chance to bring in some serious profits compared to buying a billion shares in a random stock and holding for 3 years while it does nothing.
