(“ Serinus ”, “ SEN ” or the “ Company ”) (TSX: SEN ) (WARSAW: SEN ) announces that Mr. Duncan Nightingale has resigned from the board of directors of the Company due to personal reasons. This resignation is effective immediately. The Company has initiated a search for a new director to replace Mr. Nightingale.
