Dyadic International Announces $7.4M Released From

JUPITER, Fla., July 06, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dyadic International, Inc. (“Dyadic”) (OTCQX:DYAI), is pleased to announce that it has received approximately $7.4 million from the escrow account established in connection with the sale of assets of Dyadic’s Industrial Technology business to DuPont on December 31, 2015.

The Company intends to use the funds to support its ongoing business objectives and for general corporate purposes.
