potential wise, correct. with a product that works, it should respond approprietely. like ive said, it reminds me of OWCP when i was in at .06. Countless times i thought about selling; once i had sell orders in and they almost filled but i canceled last second. of course, if any investor feels its time to sell personally, they should follow their own gut.
