I agree. I am pro KMAG for sure, but I am also cautious with my money. The R/M that's being touted as a good thing is a horrible idea, imo, and effectively means a R/S for current shareholders.
A new shell means there will be new shareholders of those shares in the O/S. Their shares don't disappear. We all get the short end of the stick share-wise, though those who purchased the "new shell" will benefit the most. It does not mean big money for existing shareholders. KMAG was already public with revenue.
If Jeff can get approval to R/M into a clean shell without any SEC or FINRA concern, then he will be able to do a 211 and uplist much, much cheaper. THAT is what is in the shareholder's best interests, imo. Whether that happens, we'll see.
