Golden West Business Park renamed to North 170 –

EDMONTON, Alberta, July 06, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Qualico Commercial has renamed and rebranded its Golden West Business Park, located at 170 Street and 137 Avenue. The industrial development will now operate under the name North 170 – Henday Business Park.                                                                                                    Under this new name, which is representative of the development’s location on the northern edge of 170^th street, North 170 will continue to offer IL and IB zoning. In addition, North 170’s first tenant, Acklands Grainger, has been joined by two new organizations.

Pizza 73 has chosen North 170 as the location for its Northern Alberta distribution warehouse. The business park’s ease of access from the Anthony Henday and the brand exposure provided by the busy 137^th Avenue were cited as prime reasons for choosing the location. Petro Canada, accompanied by a Tim Horton’s, has signed on as North 170’s third tenant. This quasi-retail deal has created additional CRU opportunities for tenants interested in the site’s high visibility along both 170^th Street and 137^th Avenue.

An additional 1.5-acre sale is pending with details to be released as they develop.
