The AS is 275 Mil and is maxed out with CEOs of $MVTG and the subsidiaries it owns, AWS, Mantra Energy and the parent MVTG holding 52% of the OS which equals the AS right now.
$MVTG just announced >4 million in new orders at the AWS subsidiary in just the last 60 days!!!
Aws says it has >10 Million in annual in revenue and 2012 ICLD old parent SEC filings confirm this. It also confirms about $2 million in after tax profit. MVTG has 14 million in losses to eliminate those income taxes for AWS.
MVTG owns Mantra Energy (the CO2 to fuels and fuel cell tech....) and now owns 80.1% of AWS which they just bought from ICLD.
