Robix Announces Resignation of President & CEO and

LETHBRIDGE, Alberta, July 05, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Robix Environmental Technologies, Inc. (“Robix” or the “Corporation”) (CSE:RZX) (Frankfurt: R0X ) announced today that it has accepted the resignation of Mr. Nathan Hansen as President & CEO of the Corporation. Mr. Robin Ray has been appointed by the Board of Directors to serve as Interim President & CEO. Mr. Ray has been serving as CFO since the inception of the Corporation and is very familiar with the Corporation. 

The resignation and interim appointments will take effect immediately.

Mr. Peter Teunissen, CPA, has been appointed as CFO of the Corporation. Mr. Teunissen has been active with the Corporation since early 2017, having been an integral part of the consolidation of the financial statements of the Corporation with Formation Fluids Management ("FFM") through the 2017 annual audited statements and the most recent quarterly statements. Mr. Teunissen has considerable experience in the role of CFO of public and private companies. Mr. Teunissen is CEO of Leverage Consulting Group, a management consulting firm focused on transitioning and start-up companies. Peter has 10+ years in accounting & finance, both reporting and operations. Peter started his career with Meyers Norris Penny & Collins Barrow in their small business groups and considers himself a hands-on CPA, becoming involved in operations where possible while engaging teams with an understanding of the bigger picture.  Peter has served as the CFO for Unified Valve, a PSV services shop, Corporate Controller in various residential, commercial & land development projects and Contract CFO contracts servicing Heavy haul, Downhole cementing, drilling, water hauling & various other O&G services.
