What some peeps appear to be failing to grasp, despite our repeated attempts to spell it out for you, is that IT JUST DOESN'T MATTER AS LONG AS THE COMPANY'S PROGRESS IS SOLID.
In that scenario, the split IS NOT done to allow for more dilution but instead to adjust the PPS (after solid performance in consecutive financial reports) so that it qualifies to uplist to the big boards.
When that's the case, the value of your portfolio will not only continue to trend up, but with institutional and heavy hitting private investors loading up it will trend up even faster!! Why else would they want to spend the money and the time to uplist? Bragging rights? lol
You are thinking only about the junk pennies and their "death spiral" reverse splits which are only to allow for more dilution as that's the only way they can get a paycheck and keep the lights on.
Unfortunately, many don't know how to tell the difference.
They have serious limitations in place now anyway, and scammers can't even play the RS/dilute/repeat game any longer.
