The 60 billion share lie….
These incredibly stupid people are crying about IMTV having 61 billion in shares which will hit the market. At the time of that filing the shares where prices at .0001. The stock closed today at .0027. When I looked at the company debt today the total is $733,949. If the debt holders get stock at 50% of the current price you could say this doubles the debt to $1.467,898.
If the debt holders sold all their shares at the 50% discount it would take 543 million shares to cover the debt. In the last week the stock has traded over 2 billion shares. I think its fair to say at least half the debt has been paid off for in all reality 2 more good days and this company is debt free.
Anyone with half a brain can crunch these numbers and see I’m right. So… the 61 billion shares to hit this stock is total BS spread by little weasels that don’t know what the hell they are talking about. I love proving these people wrong!
