Shows all of the current directors to now include Gerry David and Kevin Harrington. Note the chairman designation directly across from Gerry David's name. Also note the Michael Welch is still the CEO. As Haytore said, they still have more in store as far as increasing the experience on the management team.
Gerry David had been approached for the CEO position, but preferred to provide guidance as chairman instead of taking on another CEO position.
