Everfront Ventures Corp. (Datametrex) Issues Stock

TORONTO, July 05, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Everfront Ventures Corp. (TSX-V: EVC ) ("Everfront" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has granted an aggregate of 7,300,000 incentive stock options under the Company’s stock option plan to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company. The options are exercisable at $0.10 per share, all of which (with the exception of an aggregate of 1,000,000 options which are not subject to vesting conditions) shall vest one-quarter (1/4) on July 5, 2017, one-quarter (1/4) on January 5, 2018, one-quarter (1/4) on July 5, 2018 and one-quarter (1/4) on January 5, 2019, and shall be exercisable for a term of two years, in accordance with the Company’s stock option plan.  As of the date hereof, a total of 7,684,054 common shares of the Company are reserved for issuance under the Company’s stock option plan.
