I posted this across the pond but it seems that everyone has pretty much given up on this company.
I too am feeling a bit jaded.
My thoughts are below if there's anyone here besides myself and John that reads this forum
IHSI purchased Cresent Construction.
Cresent has over $10M in revenues booked for 2017.
IHSI is scrambling to become OTC PINK CURRENT INFO
IHSI has filed very expensive and complex filings for 2016 and 2017's are due out within weeks.
IHSI is prohibited by FINRA, from performing a Reverse Stock Split until they are current.
IHSI had to hire an Investor Relations firm to handle/disseminate all the news that's undoubtedly on the way.
Paul Knopick was hired by IHSI for this purpose.
Paul has relayed our concerns to management and management has indicated they will be responding to shareholder concerns as they can.
We all realize that there's CD debt holders converting hundreds of millions of shares that they received at .00005 or less.
We understand that these individuals have a right to do so, and are coming to market to monetize (yes, at OUR expense).
Shareholders are fed up and that's why we are at a ZERO bid once again.
Shareholders should and most likely will REFRAIN from bidding the shares until management comes to terms with the CD note holders, requesting that they afford some "breathing room" so the PPS can stabilize and trend higher in the face of very positive news coming this month.
Paul Knopick's "job" is to assist IHSI in getting the word out by way of PR, website updates/upgrades, social media and other venues that only an Investor Relations firm can orchestrate.
At the end of the day, there is a commonality
We all want the share price higher.
All parties.
It's just most unfortunate that the note holders are content with a mere 100% gain.
I'm not loading any more shares until I receive some clarity from the company in relation to our concerns.
This posts on this forum will most likely decline as everyone becomes frustrated and tossing this one in the heap with some of the others that over promised and didn't deliver. I have a few of those myself.
Let's see if the 2017 filings cause a high volume momentum based event that can help clear out these CD note a $holes once and for all.
